Our January field trip will travel by car caravan to visit a variety of lakefront locations in Milwaukee, then northward to Port Washington. We'll hope to search wintering gull flocks for Lesser and Great Blackbacked Gulls, as well as Glaucous and Iceland Gulls. We expect to find an assortment of waterfowl, including possibly scoters and Long-tailed Duck, and a Snowy Owl is always possible. Dress warmly and bring your "energy" foods.
