Reports of the species listed below are reviewed by the WSO Records Committee. These species are extremely rare in the state and require thorough documentation. These species include those in capital letters AND an asterisk on the WSO County Report as well as any species not listed on the County Report. All fields on this documentation form are required to be completed.
